The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to pull down strongholds, principalities, mindsets, religion, perversion, and fear. God is using ourselves as a training ground to know and make us confident in the weapons of our warfare before we go out into the world and tear down strongholds in people's lives, cities, and nations with the same weapons! Church buildings aren’t a place for entertainment; they are a place of training. To learn, to know, to teach, to train, to grasp the weapons of our warfare, and to know that they are mighty in God. To know that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. To be confident in the word of God and the manifestation. See, the enemy wages war in our minds, and the battle that comes from the spiritual realm is made manifest to our minds, and we can feel it. Though He says your weapons in tearing it down are mighty! This is the key to victory: knowing your weapons. When you know the word, you know your weapons. The word of God is our sword, and we wield it in our situations and circumstances. It says it is the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, to wage war and tear things down. When we believe the word and speak the word, the Spirit moves. The Spirit and the Word are one, and your faith in it brings it to life.
We can’t move anymore like orphans asking for bread. We have to move like sons wielding our Father’s authority because it has been given to us through the Son. We are trained and being trained to fight! The Bible says fight the good fight of faith. Not the fight to be noticed, to be seen, or to be loved because you are. It’s Faith, believing the Word of God! See, out of the mouth of the beast brings a flood in the book of Revelation; it says out of the mouth of the dragon comes a flood (Revelation 12:15), and this flood is lies. And it says he releases this flood after the woman with 12 stars around her head, who bears the manchild. We are the bride of Christ, we are that woman with the 12 stars around her head, that bride covered by the apostolic, Jesus being the chief apostle. And the enemy is waging war against her to wash her away in these lies that come against the Word, but the Bible says to fight! This fight is believing the word! Although you feel the warfare, fight! You hear the lies, fight! You see the situation, fight, the good fight of faith! Casting down imaginations and every high thought that exalts itself against this word of God that you need to be believing! This is your fight! You can’t fight any other way! We know about second heaven warfare, and now we need to know about third heaven victory! The Bible says you are seated with Christ in heavenly places, and we have all power over the enemy, and now, because we are seated above. Is Jesus on the same level as the devil, or is He seated in heaven at the right hand of His Father?
And now we are seated with Him, and if we are seated with Him, the right hand of God is now our co-inheritance! Now Jesus dying on the cross and being raised from the dead has taken His place at the right hand of God (Luke 22:69), and we being one and in Him, and Him in us, are co-heirs of this throne, which is above all principalities and powers. Fear, bondages, you are seated in your spirit with Jesus above it all. “Oh, but brother, some days I don’t feel like that, some days I’m in bondage, some days the enemy is in my ear,” and you forget that you are seated with Christ. See, that’s your fight! Remembering where you’re seated! Who are you, what’s your inheritance! And standing against the warfare of the enemy, not based on what you feel, but based on where you are seated!
When you believe, when you speak, when you declare, decree, cast down, resist, after all is done: Stand. Stand in what? In this truth of who you are. Cast it down and stand on what you have cast down; the devil is under your feet. Now sit where you are seated in heaven places, not on earth or the second heaven, but be seated, meaning rest, be secure, in where you sit above all that you go through. No weapon formed against the armor of God shall prosper. Arrows may come by day, and fiery darts by night. The enemy takes that fiery arrow that, when he hits you with that fire, it brings those thoughts that make you burn with emotion, anger, and insecurity, like an orphan misunderstood, feeling misunderstood, left out, lonely.
When these arrows hit our minds, and they make us feel a certain way, the Bible says fight! Take up the shield of faith and quench every fiery dart of the enemy, every thought and feeling! We fasten ourselves with the belt of truth, and we remind ourselves of what we have and who we are. This is how we sit, this is how we fight. When we feel insignificant, we want to compare ourselves with others. We use the word of God to secure and firmly fasten ourselves because of these thoughts. This warfare that you get on a daily basis makes you feel a certain way or makes you think wrong. That’s why you have to know the word of God. The only way to know the lies of the enemy is to know the truth of the Word of God. The Bible says, as ministers of God, we are Repairers of the Breach. Breaches are gaps in the walls. The Bible says the new Jerusalem is the bride adorned; we are the bride. In Revelation (Revelation 21:2-4 & Revelation 3:12), it says He will write upon us the name of the city of God, which is the new Jerusalem! We are the new Jerusalem. And Jerusalem has walls to protect it against its enemies. Like Nehemiah preparing the walls, restoring Jerusalem, we are called to do the same wherever there are gaps in our walls. The walls are the truth, the word of God, because they protect us against the enemy as we take up the shield of faith to defend ourselves from the fiery darts. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. It’s our faith in the word of God that becomes a shield, a wall around us to protect our minds and hearts against the quiver of the enemy.
We need to know the truth. We need to repair that section of our walls that has breaches so that the enemy can stop invading that part of our life. If you're trusting yourself to provide for your family and not trusting the word that He will be your provider, you have a breach in your life. And it doesn’t matter if you know that you're a son or daughter, or know all these other truths, the devil is just going to keep sneaking through that one breach, that one part of the wall that has not been repaired. I use this because I know most can’t even be free in the Spirit at times, or be themselves, or move forward in the Spirit, because we are worried and vexed about finances and lack in our lives. So we come to war with the body of Christ, and we can’t because we have a heavy burden of worry about our circumstances. This is a breach! But if you don’t take these thoughts into captivity, every thought to the obedience of Christ, they will make you a captive, the Bible commands us! We have to take these thoughts captive. We have to arrest them by the truth of the word of God and fight the good fight of faith. Knowing He’ll provide for me, knowing that God is going to show up, knowing that he knows every hair on my head, and knowing what I need. I may feel a certain way, but I’m going to stand and arrest those thoughts, that feeling, and make it obey what the word says! You need to make the enemy and your flesh obey the word in your life. The enemy has already been arrested. If you are a police officer and not enforcing the law, or if a police officer doesn’t know you are a police officer and have authority, the enemy, the criminal, sees your badge but also knows that you don’t know who you are or the authority you have, so he takes advantage. We’re asking God to help, but He said He put you in authority!
We take authority over spirits and principalities, not by our own strength and authority, but by the authority that He has given us over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). The letter kills, but by the power of your faith, the Spirit will give you life. Out of your mouth comes life and death, and it’s on your tongue; you can use the letter to kill the enemy. Even Jesus was taking the letter and using it to kill the enemy (Matthew 4:1-11). Paul said in 2 Corinthians 3:6 that the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life. See, don’t use the letter to get life; use the Spirit for that. Use the letter that kills and kill the enemy with it! Don’t kill yourself with the letter, kill the enemy! It is written, satan! Life and death are in the power of your tongue. This is what makes the word alive in your life, when it is sent out in faith. With your words, you plant seeds. This is the power we have with our mouth, speaking against the enemy and against what our carnal minds would want us to believe, and arresting our flesh, or our flesh will detain us and bring us under an orphan spirit. Oh God, deliver me, set me free, do this and that. You sound like a beggar, an orphan. I’ve never seen the righteous forsaken or their seed begging for bread. You must have stopped believing the word! Unbelievers act like orphans. And believers act like sons, confident in the word and love of the Father. You need to start sounding like a son, knowing your Father will take care of you. Knowing He will show up for you! Believing! Not wondering and wandering.
He said, “I will never leave you or forsake you.” See, you can never be forsaken; that’s covenant. Covenant is when God says something, He lives by it no matter what. He says I will never leave you or forsake you, and it doesn’t matter what you’ve done. It will be a complete lie for you to believe that you are forsaken now because of what you have done; nothing can separate, height, nor depth, nor powers, nor principalities, not even you can separate yourself, even if you might feel separated. God is not a covenant breaker! It’s a lie to think He has left you. You’re born again, and you can’t be unborn again! He’s your father, and He won’t take it back. He’s not going to put you up for adoption. The word of God is marriage vows to you, and He can’t break them! He vowed to do it forever and ever, not until death do us part, but forever. If somebody goes to hell being born again, if you think about it, they sent themselves to hell because they stopped believing. It’s called the great falling away of the “faith”. People who stop believing God and start believing the lies of the enemy, now you're believing you're not qualified or saved. His love is unconditional, and He can only love you because Love is who He is. When he says His love is unconditional, it doesn’t become less or more based on what you do or don’t. It remains the same from when you get born again, all the way unto well done, good and faithful servant. We think God is changing His love when He is bringing us to repentance or convicting us. We need to get this right. This is why we hate correction. It’s not correction that messes with you, it’s that insecurity that you have about His love being dictated by your behavior or performance. You can’t make him love you more or less. See, that causes us to actually receive correction as love instead of seeing it as hate or rejection! There is no rejection in Love. We’re all loved the same, but here’s the difference: who are the partakers of His love?
When you believe in His love, you cannot fear. We need to apply His love in every part of our lives and watch fear vanish. This is our fight, to remember His love when we feel fearful; remember His love when we see lack; remember His love for me when I feel insecure. Then, He’ll teach me the good report, the lovely, kind, and peaceable thing to think about when the enemy wants us to focus on the evil report, on the flesh, on the devil, on circumstance. His love speaks a better word. It takes Faith for me to feel it, live in it, and be a partaker of it! Your love shall secure us, so shall faith in this word, because I know all that you have for me, and the only thing that you have for me is Love. You have nothing else to give but love, Father. Fear is evidence of lies. Love is the evidence of Truth! We decide to believe today, no matter what we feel. We don’t focus on ourselves and what we did. We want to focus on your love and what you did and what you will do and perform through us and in us as we fight and stand in your love daily! I take my seat on your lap at the right hand with you, Jesus, and I fasten myself to your love above all the warfare, that I may be seated in victory!
