Let Every Heart Confess

The problem with the Church today is many people think that their confession and speaking the right words, saying the right Christian rhetoric, is going to get you possession of His Kingdom, that saying the right Christianese is going to get you to fit into God’s mold.

Let’s get one thing straight today! Confession never gets you possession! Confession of the faith is the FRUIT of possession of the faith! How do we possess the Kingdom? Do we confess our way in through our many words? No!

The only way is through repentance and submission to His Word, written and especially Rhema by the Spirit. This is the problem though, the church you see today loves not the truth. They love lies, and this is why they do not repent. This is why they do not live a lifestyle of repentance. So because they want God AND the world, they sell out for another version of Christianity, a Christianity that gets you to have a form of Godliness but deny the power. A Christianity that gets you to say all the right things, all the time, but there’s no power. Because even though your mouth is saying one thing, your heart is saying another. That’s religion!

We have a lot of really good actors in the church today. If they signed up for Hollywood, they would probably all make it. I’m not trying to be cute; this is how bad it is today. There are people out there that will convince you down to the T by everything they do that they are the real deal.

We need discernment in this hour because if not, we will find out when the antichrist comes that half the Christians we hung around with weren’t even real. They didn’t even know the Father, but they convinced you!

There’s no way to tell on the outside who is who. It is only within, where your spirit bears witness with His, that you know who is who. And sometimes because we get religious and we want to hope the best for everyone, we cloud our discernment because of our hopeful wishing. And we cannot see who is who anymore! It is important to know who is who or else they will deceive you to act like them, to have a flesh that looks spiritual but is not. Flesh can never be spiritual. Don’t sell your spirit out for a fake persona on the outside.

Then those same people, the ones that try to live a spiritual life in the flesh, the Holy Spirit tries to guide them in the spirit within them. Though the perspective God is showing them, they think is the enemy. Many people are rebuking who they think is the enemy, but without knowing they are rebuking the very Spirit of God within. Why and how? Because their carnal mind is their God! And if it’s not rational, or makes worldly sense, it’s not God. That’s how they think!

You have to watch out for these people because they will make you feel like you’re not moving in the Spirit, and you will become like them. They will make you feel like you are the false one. We have to watch ourselves, lest we transform ourselves into an outward Christian and inward wolf! Even people who started off in the Kingdom can end in the flesh and become a wolf. Anything is possible in the Kingdom of God!

Just stop following the Holy Spirit and you will see! The minute we stop following the Holy Spirit is the minute we start becoming religious. The Holy Spirit is The Spirit that keeps us in the spirit! Our own spirit without Him keeps us living in the outward, proclaiming a life that we don’t even live, washing the cup on the outside, and convincing ourselves with our Christian confession that we are clean on the inside.

You can convince yourself all day that you are this or that, but you keep striving to convince yourself, never really believing it because it’s not true. You cannot TRULY believe something that’s not true unless you are deceived. God is allowing a delusion over you because of the hardness of your heart. When God does the work in you, there’s confidence about who you are without striving to know that, confidence about the realness of Heaven in you. There is not doubt! Why? Because it’s REAL!

Lip service is their name! And they are running rampant today, giving Jesus a bad reputation daily. Because of these, many unbelievers think that all Christians are the same. Though God will STILL reveal the Sons of God anyway! He is more powerful than religion. They will know who is shaking the world in the end.

God is making things happen more and more because of the lack of discernment. He is turning people over to Satan that all would see who is who. Those who want to live a Christianity with their mouth and not their heart will be proven wrong by God, the avenger of all those who avenge righteousness. And they are avenging righteousness even worse than the world is because they pretend to be righteous knowing deep down that they are not. Confessing everyday, “I’m the righteousness of God, I am Holy!” If you have to do that everyday, it’s time for you to repent! There’s no striving in the Kingdom of God! If you would just jump on the cross already, if you would get in the Spirit, if you would sell out to His Will, already you would know who you are without confessing something that you are not!

Our spirit is all these things, holy, righteous, etc. Though when we walk in our flesh, we are walking in the old man, as our spirit starts to die! And what we are supposed to be in the Kingdom, we are not anymore because we are giving our birthright over for a morsel of meat! A moment of fame! A glimpse of lust, a season of greed. Whatever your flesh wants. Esau was blessed but when he exchanged his birthright over to Jacob, he was no longer blessed but cursed. Then you cover all that flesh up with lip service, your lip service becoming your fig leaves to hide the shame of your nakedness. Esau tried to do the same, telling his father but you can bless me still, right? Though proclaiming was not enough because he was disobedient. The disobedient, the rebellious, are always rejected by God. Yet they try to convince themselves that they are loved and highly favored.

If you are reading this today, feeling convicted, you can repent today! You can step in the joy today! You can get in the Spirit and start seeing today. In one moment, a change to a genuine heart. Everyone deep down knows who they are. Who are you today? You don’t have to keep reciting it to yourself if you are walking in the Will of God! The Sons of Scheva tried to copy Paul, and the demons said who are you? That’s what we have today, fake Christians that imitate real Christians and confuse everybody. Though the demons know! When it comes down to showing the power, those who are spiritual will know!

The Scripture says, “Let every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord.” I tell you this, let every HEART confess. That Jesus is Lord! If you do not believe in your heart, you will honor Him with your lips and your heart will be far from Him. Religion will take those scriptures and say as long as you repeat these words, as long as you talk like this, you are His, you are Christian. No, we are one with Him not only in Word, but in POWER! Religions claim to know Him by mouth, but the remnant know the Lord in Spirit! If your words are not spirit, they are not genuine. Your confession of faith is only justified if your heart is justified in His sight.

Are your words a cover-up today, covering up the worldly you, the fleshly you? Or are you confessing what you really see in your heart and in spirit? Many are trying to confess something that is not possessed in them, saying, “Let’s proclaim those things that are not as though they were.” Yes, but that scripture is only for those that obey Him and follow Him, those that lay down their life so that He can take over. These promises in the Bible are not for anyone who wants to take them. It’s only for God’s obedient ones, those who lay down their life to follow whatever the Will of the Father is, leaving father, mother, brother, sister, lands, jobs, cities, homes, all so they can chase after Him. If that’s you today then the promises are for you! Keep proclaiming!

If that’s not you, if you’re not counting the cost, you better stop proclaiming because you’re wasting your time! You have had that list of promises on your refrigerator for too long. What’s going on? Why aren’t they coming to life? For some of you, it’s been 30 years, not even an ounce of progression? What’s going on? Repent already! Lay down your heart, do what he first wanted you to do. It’s time to find out what He wants you to do, and then he will live in your life. He doesn’t move in people’s lives if they say Godly things. He moves in your life if you live a Godly life. A Godly life is a life submitted to Him, becoming a slave to His Will which is His righteousness!

Are you not willing to become arrested to His Will? Well, then you’re not ready to have the Kingdom in your life! This isn’t for people that say they are doing His Will; this is for people who actually do it! Who have other wants, desires and dreams; but lay it down for His dream! That the life of Christ may be exalted in your life! Is this your heart’s cry today, that the life of Christ be exalted in your life? Or is it just something you say but your heart has its own dream? We need to turn what we say into what we believe. We need to turn what we say into something that we actually pursue!

Lord, help us drop the lip service! Let our hearts draw near to you! We don’t want to think that we are drawing near to you because we say it all the time. We want to ACTUALLY draw near to you because we are after you in our HEART! Let our Hearts speak louder than our tongues! And let our tongue line up with our hearts that we may be considered true and genuine before you! O Lord, seer of hearts, let the whole church know that you look past all the words and conversation and that you see in between the lines. Let us see that! That we may not deceive ourselves! Grab our heart and show it to us today, and let our heart AND our tongue confess that Jesus is Lord!
